Contact form: name, email, message. Orders: name, billing/shipping address, email, phone and order details — card payments are processed by our payment providers and we never receive full card numbers. Technical data: IP address, device information and analytics, subject to your cookie preferences.

2. Purposes & Legal Bases

We process data to perform contracts (orders, deliveries, services), to comply with legal obligations (tax and invoicing), for our legitimate interests (site security and improvement) and, where required, based on your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies).

3. Recipients

Data is shared only as necessary with our website and e-commerce platform (Squarespace), payment providers, couriers and our accountants. Some providers are established outside the EEA (e.g. Squarespace, Inc. in the USA); transfers rely on EU safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

1. Δεδομένα που συλλέγουμε

Φόρμα επικοινωνίας: ονοματεπώνυμο, email, μήνυμα. Παραγγελίες: ονοματεπώνυμο, διεύθυνση χρέωσης/αποστολής, email, τηλέφωνο — οι πληρωμές με κάρτα διεκπεραιώνονται από παρόχους πληρωμών και δεν λαμβάνουμε ποτέ πλήρη στοιχεία καρτών. Τεχνικά δεδομένα: IP, συσκευή, analytics ανάλογα με τις προτιμήσεις cookies.

2. Σκοποί & Νομικές Βάσεις
